DFW Wedding Coordinating & Planning
Micro Day-of Coordinating
For couples who are having a smaller, more intimate wedding of up to 40 guests or less, and want to ensure their families can enjoy the day relaxed and stress-free.
Investment: $600
Initial consultation to discuss the planning process
One in-person meeting (or venue walk-through) to finalize any details
Unlimited email and phone communication from day of booking
Create a wedding day timeline
Manage vendor arrival and setup
Assist with wedding decor and design for the ceremony + reception
Up to 6 hours of wedding day management and facilitation
*If guest count exceeds 40 guests, an additional $150 will be added for a max of 75 guests
Full Day-of Coordinating
For the couples that need additional guidance and support during the planning process, wedding day setup, and decor cleanup to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
Investment: $1,400
Initial consultation to discuss the planning process
Two in-person meetings (or venue walk-through) to finalize any details
Unlimited email and phone communication from day of booking
Develop and manage full wedding day timeline
Facilitate a smooth on-site rehearsal prior to your wedding day
Manage all vendor communication, arrival times, and setup
Assist with wedding decor and design setup for the ceremony + reception
Assist with packing up all decor and personal belongings post-wedding
Up to 12 hours of wedding day management and facilitation
Month-of Coordinating
For couples looking for more hands-on wedding planning in the six weeks leading up to your big day to ensure every detail is taken care of before and during your special day.
Investment: $2,000
This package includes everything in the Full Day-of package plus the following:
Up to three in-person meetings to finalize any wedding day details
Floor plan and seating chart assistance
Help with any last-minute plans or issues
In-person venue walk-through
Vendor contract review and confirmations
Primary point of contact for all vendors and guests
Attend final dress fitting
Rehearsal day management and dinner
Decor set up, design, and cleanup (plus 1 design assistant, if need)
Up to 14 hours of wedding day management and facilitation
